Does your "tuner" do electronics or do they just copy and paste? Do you reckon they could read and write an ECU without the help from some tool? (yes we use the same tools, but not always)

I could probably tidy up my electronics bench (this is a lifelong issue lol). Note the surface workshops are ESD safe, the other bench we use for flashing/read write jobs uses ESD mats.
