Nissan in for some tuning work. It’s running a piggyback ECU — not our first choice, but we’ve worked with worse. If that’s what the customer wants to use, we’ll do our best to make it work.

We ran the car on the dyno and carried out detailed data logging. Looks like there’s a boost issue — either it’s not building properly or it’s losing it. This is why we don’t rely on guesswork. With proper dyno sessions and logging, we can diagnose the problem properly instead of stabbing in the dark.

We think you'd struggle to find another tuning centre in Wales with the level of experience and equipment we have. Some places use their dyno as a backdrop for social media photos — we actually use ours. And when we say diagnostics, we don’t mean an overpriced Chinese code scanner. We’re talking full electronics lab, fuel injector testing, exhaust gas analysis, in-cylinder pressure sensors, vibration analysis gear, and a huge range of genuine dealer tools not to mention a load of other stuff!!
